Ingredients
- 2 egg whites, whipped
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. tiny chocolate chips or frozen coconut
Method
- Preheat oven at 350°.
- Into whipped egg whites fold in sugar, pecans and chocolate chips.
- Spoon by hand onto aluminum foil which is several sheets thick.
- Put cookies into oven and then turn oven off.
- Wait 5 hours.
- Makes about 60 cookies.
