Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked long-grain white rice
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Method
- Blend all ingredients except ice and COOL WHIP in blender until smooth.
- Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
- Serve immediately topped with COOL WHIP.
