Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 7 egg yolks
- 7 c. milk
- 1 c. rice
- 5 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. rice
- 5 c. water
- salt and nutmeg to taste
Method
- Cook rice until tender, adding water as necessary.
- Cook for 1 to 2 hours.
