Ingredients
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. sliced green peppers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 Tbsp. pimento, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Method
- Cook rice in seasoned water for about 15 minutes (water and bouillon cubes), covered. Heat butter in skillet; saut the onions and green peppers until tender-crisp. Add the cooked rice. Fork toss with pimentos and olives.
