Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- flour
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into loaf. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut loaf into 1/2-inch slices. Coat with flour. Brown on both sides in hot oil.
- Put in casserole dish. Mix soup and 1/2 soup can of water.
- Pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
