Ingredients
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. tomato sauce or 2 (8 oz.) cans and 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together with 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
- Shape into balls.
- Put in skillet and pour remaining 2 cups tomato sauce over meatballs.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
