Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 large bell pepper
- a chopped pimento
Method
- Fry sausage; drain off fat, leaving enough to saute peppers and onions in.
- Cook until tender.
- Add cooked rice and other seasonings.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serves 8.
