Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked boneless ham
  • whole cloves
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. steak sauce
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Method

  • Score ham; stud with whole cloves.
  • Heat ham according to label directions.
  • Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Combine the reserved juice with remaining ingredients in small saucepan.
  • Heat, stirring constantly, to boiling.
  • Boil 1 minute. During last 30 minutes of baking, brush ham with pineapple glaze several times.
  • Garnish ham and serving platter with pineapple. Serve extra glaze as sauce over sliced ham.
