Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked boneless ham
- whole cloves
- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. steak sauce
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
Method
- Score ham; stud with whole cloves.
- Heat ham according to label directions.
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Combine the reserved juice with remaining ingredients in small saucepan.
- Heat, stirring constantly, to boiling.
- Boil 1 minute. During last 30 minutes of baking, brush ham with pineapple glaze several times.
- Garnish ham and serving platter with pineapple. Serve extra glaze as sauce over sliced ham.
