Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
Method
- Brown pork chops and bell pepper in skillet.
- Add rice, salt and tomato sauce.
- Stir in water.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes until meat is done.
