Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. lemon jello
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 1 small pkg. cherry jello
- 1/2 lb. marshmallows (miniature)
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 1 c. whipped cream
Method
- An 8 x 8-inch pan works well.
- Dissolve lime jello and let set (package directions).
- Dissolve marshmallows and cream cheese in lemon jello, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water.
- Let partially set and then add pineapple and whipped cream to mixture and let set. Top with cherry jello and let set.
