Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 small pkg. lime jello
  • 1 small pkg. cherry jello
  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows (miniature)
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Method

  • An 8 x 8-inch pan works well.
  • Dissolve lime jello and let set (package directions).
  • Dissolve marshmallows and cream cheese in lemon jello, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water.
  • Let partially set and then add pineapple and whipped cream to mixture and let set. Top with cherry jello and let set.
