Ingredients

  • 2 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 pkg. green sugar-free Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. red sugar-free Jell-O
  • 24 (2 1/2-inch) graham crackers (4 crackers per layer)
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Method

  • Mix 1 cup applesauce with the green Jell-O and 1 cup applesauce with the red Jell-O.
  • Set aside.
  • Layer the graham crackers and alternate Jell-O mixtures, ending with graham crackers.
  • Mix the Dream Whip with milk and almond extract.
  • Whip until fluffy.
  • Cover top layer of graham crackers.
  • Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
