Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen rhubarb (may use fresh)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
Method
- Cook
- rhubarb as directed on package with the sugar; let cool. Mix
- Jell-O and boiling water.
- Add the strawberries and rhubarb to Jell-O.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm. Yields 12 servings.
