Ingredients
- 1 qt. chopped rhubarb
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 4 c. fresh rhubarb, sliced thin
- water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. granulated tapioca
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. fresh, ripe strawberries, sliced
Method
- Place cut up rhubarb in saucepan and add water to cover half the rhubarb.
- Stir in tapioca and sugar.
- Mix well and let stand for 30 minutes.
