Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
- 5 c. plain flour (unsifted)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Mazola oil
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. soda
Method
- Mix the dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients.
- Add to mixed dry batter.
- Mix well.
- Store in airtight container.
- Cook in muffin tins 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.
- Mix will keep easily in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
