Ingredients
- 3 c. raw rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, separated
Method
- Cut up raw rhubarb and pour boiling water over it.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Then drain off the water and add sugar, 3 tablespoons water, flour and egg yolks.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter and bake at 350° until done.
- Then whip egg whites and put on top and brown.
