Ingredients
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/4-1/2 inch pieces
- 3 c. sugar
- 1-3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
Method
- Mix pineapple, rhubarb, and sugar. then let it set for 1 1/2 hours.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
- Stir in a 3 oz. package of strawberry jello.
- Put into hot jars and seal.
- Very good!
