Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 3 c. cut rhubarb
- 1 plain pastry top and bottom
Method
- Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and margarine.
- Add eggs; beat smooth.
- Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pie pan.
- Top with other pastry.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes.
