Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. rhubarb
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Combine last 4 ingredients.
- Add rhubarb.
- Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
- Pour 1 tablespoon melted butter over top.
- Bake at 375° for 50 to 60 minutes.
