Ingredients
- 3 lb. sugar
- 3 lb. rhubarb
- 2 lemons
- 2 oranges
- nuts
Method
- Cut up rhubarb.
- Put lemons and oranges through food processor.
- Do not peel.
- Remove seeds.
- Mix all with sugar.
- Let stand overnight.
- In the morning, let cool until it thickens.
- Add nuts.
- Pour into hot jars and seal.
