- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. rhubarb
Method
- Mix topping first and let stand (first 4 ingredients).
- Have ready the flour, sugar, oleo, egg, soda, salt and vanilla. Combine and cream sugar, oleo and egg; add dry ingredients with sour cream and rhubarb.
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Put topping evenly over cake before placing in oven.
- Delicious!
