Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. rhubarb

Method

  • Mix topping first and let stand (first 4 ingredients).
  • Have ready the flour, sugar, oleo, egg, soda, salt and vanilla. Combine and cream sugar, oleo and egg; add dry ingredients with sour cream and rhubarb.
  • Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Put topping evenly over cake before placing in oven.
