Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. or more cut up rhubarb
Method
- Cream the first 3 ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients except rhubarb and beat 2 minutes. Add rhubarb. Place in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top of batter with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed together. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
