Ingredients
- 1/4 bacon drippings
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 large onions, sliced and separated into rings
- 4 c. cut cabbage
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Method
- Heat skillet; add bacon drippings.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir-fry about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
