Ingredients
- 1 can (1 lb.) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. sliced turkey
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 pkg. corned beef
- 1 loaf rye bread
Method
- Marinate sauerkraut and mayonnaise 30 minutes. Arrange pieces of turkey, Swiss cheese and corned beef on 6 buttered slices of rye bread.
- Spread 1/3 marinated sauerkraut on each slice of bread.
- Top with bread slice; cut into halves.
- Serves 6.
