Ingredients
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 c. (4 oz.) cooked corned beef
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Bavarian-style sauerkraut, drained and patted dry with paper towel
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust dough
Method
- Roll dough onto rectangular baking stone.
- Mix all remaining ingredients and spread on dough.
- With pizza cutter, cut dough down the middle lengthwise.
- Roll the dough up jelly roll fashion, starting at the short end.
- (Be careful; your corned beef mixture will start to ooze out.
- Just stick it back in as you are rolling.) Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
