Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) cooked corned beef
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. Bavarian-style sauerkraut, drained and patted dry with paper towel
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust dough

Method

  • Roll dough onto rectangular baking stone.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients and spread on dough.
  • With pizza cutter, cut dough down the middle lengthwise.
  • Roll the dough up jelly roll fashion, starting at the short end.
  • (Be careful; your corned beef mixture will start to ooze out.
  • Just stick it back in as you are rolling.) Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
