- 2 lb. ground meat
- 18 crackers
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 onion, cut into thin strips
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. red wine (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put into 11 x 13-inch casserole dish and bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
- Spread thin layer of catsup over before cooking.
