Ingredients

  • 8 slices rye bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. deli corned beef, cut into squares
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 16 oz. c. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 c. Russian-style salad dressing

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Spread bread cubes on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread sauerkraut evenly over bread, then layer beef over that. Pour dressing over all. Cover with aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Bake 20 minutes. Remove cover. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes. If you like Reuben sandwiches, you will love this.
