- 1 can chopped kraut
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 canned pimentos, chopped
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar or slightly less artificial sweetener
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Combine kraut, onion, green pepper and pimentos.
- Mix vinegar, sugar, salad oil, salt, celery seed and garlic salt.
- Stir into kraut mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
