Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 (26 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cans corned beef, crumbled
- 12 oz. grated Swiss cheese
- 10 thin slices rye bread with seeds
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Mix together the sour cream, onion and sauerkraut; spread in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Cover with corned beef; top with Swiss cheese.
- Top with crumbs made from rye bread.
- Pour butter over top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°.
