Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. rye bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Method
- Arrange sauerkraut in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Layer corned beef over kraut.
- Layer Swiss cheese.
- Combine mayonnaise and salad dressing, spread evenly over the cheese.
- Cover with tomato slices, toss bread crumbs in melted butter.
- Sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
