Ingredients
- 1 lb. dry pinto beans
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (No. 303) can whole tomatoes
- bacon drippings
- water
- 4 to 5 Mexican hot links
Method
- Wash beans. Cover with water and add seasonings. Let boil until beans are done. Just before serving, put 4 or 5 cut up Mexican hot links into the beans. Let boil for 5 or 10 minutes longer.
