Ingredients
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cubes margarine
- 1 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
Method
- In large bowl, put sugar, flour and salt.
- In heavy small pan, bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil.
- Take cocoa mixture from heat as soon as it boils and add immediately to dry ingredients.
- Add sour cream.
- Add eggs and soda, mixing until well blended after each addition.
- Batter will be thin.
- Bake in a greased cookie sheet type pan with high sides or 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
