Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour

Method

  • In a large bowl, stir ingredients together in order listed. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 12 hours.
  • Place dough on lightly floured board and cut out.
  • Place on cookie sheet and let rise 2 hours before baking.
  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Makes 3 dozen.
  • Will keep in refrigerator about 8 days.
