Ingredients
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
Method
- In a large bowl, stir ingredients together in order listed. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 12 hours.
- Place dough on lightly floured board and cut out.
- Place on cookie sheet and let rise 2 hours before baking.
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Makes 3 dozen.
- Will keep in refrigerator about 8 days.
