Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked macaroni
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 or 4 carrots, grated
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Toss together cooked macaroni and vegetables.
- Mix milk, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables.
- Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
