Ingredients

  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2/3 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce

Method

  • Cut meat into 3/8-inch to 1/2-inch strips.
  • Marinate in refrigerator overnight or up to 2 days.
  • Lay meat on foil-covered oven

  • and let dry at less than 150°.
  • Drying will take approximately 6 to 8 hours.

  • can also be frozen. Teriyaki sauce can be substituted for the Worcestershire for a sweeter version.
