Ingredients
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Accent or m.s.g.
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Method
- Cut meat into 3/8-inch to 1/2-inch strips.
- Marinate in refrigerator overnight or up to 2 days.
- Lay meat on foil-covered oven
- racks
- and let dry at less than 150°.
- Drying will take approximately 6 to 8 hours.
- Store in airtight containers (Mason jars)

- temperature.
- It
- can also be frozen. Teriyaki sauce can be substituted for the Worcestershire for a sweeter version.
