Ingredients
- 6 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Mix together the first 3 ingredients; set aside.
- Put remaining ingredients into saucepan and boil until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Pour over cucumber mixture. Fill into jars with lids.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Keeps up to 1 year.
