Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
Method
- Cook onion in margarine until soft.
- Stir in turkey, soup, salt and pepper; heat.
- Fold in potatoes and heat.
- Can substitute chicken for turkey.
- Makes 4 servings.
