Ingredients
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 large or 2 small onions, sliced thin
- about 10 to 12 medium cukes, sliced thin
Method
- Bring to a boil: vinegar, sugar, salt, celery and mustard seed until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour, while hot, over onions and cuke slices.
- Let cool and refrigerate.
- Cukes will settle and a few more slices can be added.
