Ingredients

  • 90 grams Marmalade
  • 150 grams Plain yoghurt
  • 150 grams Cake flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 40 grams Butter
  • 40 grams Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Method

  • Microwave (500 W) the butter for 20-30 seconds to soften, combine with sugar and mix with a whisk.
  • Stir in the egg with the whisk, then mix in the yoghurt and marmalade.
  • Sift in the flour and baking powder, and fold in a cutting motion with a rubber spatula.
  • Line the mould with paper cups (I used a pudding mould) and pour in the batter.
  • Top with thinly sliced oranges if available.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C. You're all done!
