Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. confectioners sugar
Method
- Mix well butter and peanut butter.
- Add confectioners sugar slowly.
- Mix with mixer until stiff.
- Finish with hands.
- Mix like pie dough.
- Shape into balls.
- Lay on waxed paper.
- Stick with toothpicks.
- Chill well, overnight in refrigerator.
