Ingredients
- 1 lb. margarine
- 2 c. peanut butter
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. confectioners sugar
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 block paraffin wax
Method
- Cream margarine and pour over peanut butter in big bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla until mixture forms large ball.
- Roll into small balls.
- Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler.
- Using a toothpick, dip each ball into chocolate.
- Cool on wax paper. Refrigerate.
