Ingredients
- 1 gal. ripe tomatoes, cut up fine
- 1/2 doz. large onions, cut up fine
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 pods hot pepper
- 1 pt. vinegar
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Cook for 1 hour after it comes to a boil.
- Seal in hot jars.
