- 15 ounces salmon (canned or cooked)
- 3 ounces onions, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 14 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 12 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 14 cup parsley, fresh chopped
Method
- Mince onion and parsley by pulsing in your food processor.
- Add all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper and blend using on/off turns, then mix until smooth.
