Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes ripe
- 1 ancho chili pepper
- 1 chili pepper Guajillo
- 1/4 onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method
- Clean the chili peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and place them in a pot of water with the tomatoes.
- Heat up the water (medium heat) and once the tomatoes and chili peppers are soft, remove them from the pot and place them in a blender.
- Mix together in the blender along with the onion and blend until everything is completely liquefied. If you like, you may also add salt and pepper.
- Pour the vegetable oil into a pan and cook the ground beef until it becomes a light brown color.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and cook everything for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the stove and serve.
