Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 pound Butter
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Chopped Nuts

Method

  • Sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa and set aside.
  • In a saucepan melt the butter and Velveeta cheese together over low heat. Once the butter and cheese are melted add vanilla extract. Stir in cocoa/ powdered sugar mixture a little at a time until completely used. Once mixture is smooth add chopped nuts as desired.
  • Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. I used a cooking spray and it was a little oily around the edge of the fudge. Greasing with a paper towel and butter would probably be more appropriate.
  • Cool and cut in pieces. Makes about 6 1/2 pounds of fudge.
