Ingredients
- 4 pounds Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 pound Butter
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Chopped Nuts
Method
- Sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa and set aside.
- In a saucepan melt the butter and Velveeta cheese together over low heat. Once the butter and cheese are melted add vanilla extract. Stir in cocoa/ powdered sugar mixture a little at a time until completely used. Once mixture is smooth add chopped nuts as desired.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. I used a cooking spray and it was a little oily around the edge of the fudge. Greasing with a paper towel and butter would probably be more appropriate.
- Cool and cut in pieces. Makes about 6 1/2 pounds of fudge.
