Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 to 6 cups chopped red lettuce leaves, or any lettuce variety
Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients.
- Arrange the lettuce on individual salad plates and spoon the dressing over the top just before serving.
