- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 5 pork chops, center cut, 1-in thick
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 34 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Method
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Cook over medium high heat three minutes on each side.
- Add remaining salt, broth and all other ingredients.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
- Uncover and simmer an additional 20 minutes until pork is tender.
- Serve with sauce.
