Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 pork chops, center cut, 1-in thick
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 34 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Cook over medium high heat three minutes on each side.
  • Add remaining salt, broth and all other ingredients.
  • Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and simmer an additional 20 minutes until pork is tender.
  • Serve with sauce.
