Ingredients
- 1 Boboli crust (thin or thick)
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- 1 small red pepper, sliced thin
- 4 oz. mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- 1 jar nonfat spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. nonfat pizza cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place Boboli on pizza pan.
- Saute in nonstick pan the onion, pepper and mushrooms.
- Put spaghetti sauce on boboli.
- Spoon veggies on evenly.
- Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add cheese on top.
- Bake for 5 more minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
