Ingredients

  • 1 Boboli crust (thin or thick)
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 small red pepper, sliced thin
  • 4 oz. mushrooms (canned or fresh)
  • 1 jar nonfat spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. nonfat pizza cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Place Boboli on pizza pan.
  • Saute in nonstick pan the onion, pepper and mushrooms.
  • Put spaghetti sauce on boboli.
  • Spoon veggies on evenly.
  • Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and add cheese on top.
  • Bake for 5 more minutes.
  • Slice and enjoy!
