Ingredients
- 1 zucchini squash large
- 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil cold pressed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed, 1- 2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch sea salt or Himalayan
Method
- Put all ingredients in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
