Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 package Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM - Chicken flavor
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Method

  • COMBINE chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch in medium bowl. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  • ADD garlic to same skillet and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • ADD 2 cups water, Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM - Chicken flavor, broccoli and ginger and prepare acording to package directions. Stir in chicken. Garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.
