Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk

Method

  • Mix in bowl the corn and green pepper together.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs until thick.
  • Mix with corn and pepper.
  • In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Stir in milk; mix well.
  • Add to corn mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared ovenproof bowl and dot with butter.
  • Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
