Ingredients
- 2 cans whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Mix in bowl the corn and green pepper together.
- In another bowl, beat eggs until thick.
- Mix with corn and pepper.
- In separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Stir in milk; mix well.
- Add to corn mixture.
- Mix well.
- Pour into prepared ovenproof bowl and dot with butter.
- Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
